JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter is heard through Video Conferencing. I.A.No.15073/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 18.6.2020 by Police Station Kotwali, District Vidisha(M.P.) in connection with Crime No.350/2020 registered in relation to the offence punishable under Section 457 and 380 of IPC.
