JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.10304/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) I.A. No.10969/2020, an application under Section 301(2) of Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the complainant for assisting the State Counsel is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(3.) Accordingly, Shri B.K. Sharma, learned counsel and his associates are permitted to assist the State Counsel. Matter is heard through video conferencing.
