JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is second application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. Applicant Atar Singh was arrested on 11/01/2020 in connection with Crime No.16/2020 registered at Police Station Lakhnadon, District Seoni for the offence punishable under Section 34 (2) of the M.P. Excise Act.

(3.) The earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 03/02/2020 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4687/2020.
