JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard through video conferencing.

(2.) Petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the order dated 21.04.2020 (Annexure P/5) whereby he has been posted as Eye Specialist in the District Hospital, Dhar and on his place, the charge of the Chief Medical & Health Officer (CMHO) has been given to respondent No.5.

(3.) Facts of the case, in short, are as under: The petitioner is a Senior Medical Officer in the Health Department, State of M.P. He was initially appointed as Assistant Surgeon and posted at Civil Dispensary Shevada, district Datia in the year 1981. Thereafter, he was transferred to various places in different capacities. According to the petitioner, as per his seniority, he was upgraded to the post of In- charge Civil Surgeon, Dewas in the year 2006. Thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Chief Medical & Health Officer, Dewas and worked from 2017 to 2019. Vide order dated 08.01.2019, he was posted as In-charge CMHO, district Dhar.
