JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter is heard through Video Conferencing. I.A. No. 13385/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 22/7/2020 in connection with Crime No.28/2020 registered at Police Station - Station Road, Morena, District Morena for offence under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC.
