JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by applicant - Gopal S/o. Laxminarayan Goyal, who has been arrested by Police on 29.1.2020 in a Crime No.992/2019, Police Station Khajrana, District Indore under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 447, 448, 120-B of the I.P.C.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties through Video Conferencing and perused the case diary.

(3.) The complainants have lodged a complaint that the present applicant had introduced them with Afsar Patel and Bharat for sale of piece of land bearing Survey Nos. 455 and 459/8 situated at Khajrana, District Indore. During investigation it was found that Afsar Patel and Bharat had no coloniser licence and ownership of the land and despite that, they entered into an agreement to sale to complainant Baljeet and Sangeeta.
