JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall govern disposal of both the bail applications arising from the same ST No. 301/2020.

(2.) Heard on I.A.No. 416/2020 and IA No. 1311/2020, which are applications for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellants Anju Kumar and Shafique.

(3.) These are appeals under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been filed against the order of conviction dated 28.12.2019 passed in S.T.No.301/2010 passed by the Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Chattarpur District-Chattarpur by which, the appellants have been tried and convicted for offences under Sections 467 , 468 and 471 IPC and the appellants have been sentenced to suffer R.I. of 5 years.
