(2.) This is first bail application filed by applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. Applicant has been arrested on 21.02.2020 in connection with Crime No.37/2020 registered at Police Station Ram Nagar, District Anuppur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 376 and 376 (2) (N) of IPC .

(3.) As per prosecution story, prosecutrix has lodged a complaint against the applicant after a period of about four years. As per the prosecution version, prosecutrix is having one and a half year old child from the present applicant.
