(3.) The applicant is in custody since 17.12.2019 in connection with Crime 445/2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali Anuppur District Anuppur (M.P.), for the offence punishable under Sections 307 , 313 , 366-A , 376(2)(n) of IPC.
