JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard through video conferencing.

(2.) This is the first application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., for grant of bail filed on behalf of the applicant. The applicant is in custody since 21.12.2019 in connection with crime No. 87/2019 registered at P..S.Narcotic Cell, Indore for the offence punishable under sections 8 / 21 of the N.D.P.S.Act.

(3.) As per prosecution case, the applicant was found to be in possession of 22 bottles of Codin syrup of 100 ml each. Accordingly, case has been registered against the applicant.
