JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard, Case-diary perused.

(2.) This application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant-Sethi who is implicated in connection with Crime No.434/2019, registered at Police Station- Sanwer, District-Indore, concerning offence under Sections 136 of M.P. Electricity Act, and Section 379 of IPC, 1860.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on 12/10/2019 complainant filed a complainant that some unknown persons have committed theft of a three phase conductor worth Rs.4.50 lakhs. On the basis of which FIR was registered for the aforesaid offence.
