(2.) Counsel for the State submits that the case diary is available with him.

(3.) This is the second application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail. The first bail application M.Cr.C.No.557/2020 filed by the present application for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed after considering merit of the matter on 18.02.2020.
