JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner Simi Jain has preferred this petition through her mother Sneha Jain to grant permission to operate her Saving Bank Account No.78032200049744 of Syndicate Bank, Branch Kanadia Road, Indore.

(2.) Her prayer was declined by 1st Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Indore vide order dated 24.02.2020.

(3.) This Court has dealt with the identical issue and permitted Ms. Soumya Jain to operate her bank account vide order dated 29/11/2019 passed in Cr.R. No.5626/2019.
