JASRATH AND MEHARBANSINGH Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these applications have been filed in respect of same crime of same police station; therefore they are heard analogously and are being decided by this common order.

(2.) Both these are first bail applications of the petitioners Jasrath, Meharban Singh and Sunil under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.136/2020 under Section 394 / 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Narsinghgadh, District Rajgarh.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner No.2 Meharban Singh in MCRC.No.18279/2020 prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition in respect of petitioner no.2 Meharban Singh.
