JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.12.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 50124/2019.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 18.11.2019 by Police Station Pahadgarh Tehsil Joura, District Morena in connection with Crime No. 146/2019 registered in relation to the offence punishable under Sections 308 , 341 , 294 , 323 , 325 , 506 , 34 of IPC and Section 25 / 27 of Arms Act.

(3.) The allegation against the present applicant and co-accused is that an altercation took place between the applicant and the complainant. The applicant and co-accused persons have beaten the complainant party with lathi and also fired gunshot, due to which complainant party received injuries. On the basis of aforesaid, crime has been registered against the applicant.
