JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.13/2020 registered at Police Station Dehat, District Hoshangabad (M.P.), for the offence punishable under Sections 294 , 307 , 323 , 506 34 of IPC. As per prosecution case, on 6.1.2020 at about 2:30 PM, complainant along with one Hemant Keer, uncle Karan Singh were giving water in the field, then present accused/applicant along with other co-accused Kaluram Keer, Poonam Keer, Gajraj Keer came there, abused them filthily and assaulted Hemant Keer by means of sickle, due to which Hemant Keer received grievous injuries. Thereafter, case has been registered against the present applicant for the aforesaid offence.
