(3.) Applicant Ravendra Singh @ Argent was arrested on 19/9/2020 in Crime No.447/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Sidhi (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 5/13 Drug Control Act and U/s 8, 21, 22 of NDPS Act.
