JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Perused the case diary.

(2.) This is second application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. Applicant - Sunny @ Bhayyu S/o Rakesh Verma is implicated in Crime No.781/2019 registered at Police Station - Banganga, District Indore for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 323, 324, 294, 506, 394 and 34 of IPC along with Section 25 of the Arms Act and he is in custody since 24.08.2019.

(3.) His first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24.02.2020 passed in MCRC No.5484/2020 with liberty to file fresh application after examination of the complainant Manish.
