JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 10176/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is second application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail. First application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 04/6/2020 passed in MCRC No.14963/2020 with liberty to file fresh application after some time.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 06/1/2020 in connection with Crime No.01/2020 registered at Police Station Chilwani, District Sheopur for offences under Sections 363 , 366 and 376 of the IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act.
