JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard. Perused the case diary / challan papers.

(2.) This first application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicants, who are implicated in connection with Crime No.17/2020 registered at Police Station Mohan Badodiya, District Shajapur (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 147 , 148 , 452 , 325 , 294 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) The applicants are in custody since 18.01.2020.
