JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Case diary perused.

(2.) This is 1st application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.53/2018, registered at Police Station- Rajpur, District- Badwani for commission of the offence punishable under Section 420, 467 and 471 of I.P.C.

(3.) According to prosecution story on 07.02.2018, the complainant Kaluram Sete made complaint alleging that on 16.05.2011 the present applicant by making forge signature of Hukum Singh Rathore, the then manager of Shri Ram Co- operative society, Rajpur has obtained tractor and other agricultural equipment from Assistant Agriculture Engineer, West Nimar Khargone and has not deposited in the society.
