JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 5799/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the third bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 24/8/2019 in connection with Crime No.103/2019 registered at Police Station Saraichhola, District Morena for offence under Sections 323 , 324 , 294 and 506 / 34 of the IPC and later added Sections 302 and 325 of the IPC.
