JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Perused the case diary.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. Applicant Jitendra S/o Mohanlal Choudhary is implicated in Crime No.93/2020 registered at Police Station - Khachrod, District Ujjain for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the M. P. Excise Act and he is in custody since 13.09.2020.

(3.) As per prosecution story, 171 bulk litres of liquor was seized from the possession of the applicant.
