JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is a first application filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. Applicant Sandeep @ Gungun was arrested on 20/2/2020 in Crime No. 94/2020 registered at Police Station Timrani, Distt. Harda (MP) for the offence punishable under Sections 5 and 14 of M.P. Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990.

(3.) As per the prosecution case, applicant flouted/violated the order of externment passed by the District Magistrate, Harda on 20/9/2019 in Criminal Case No. 16/2019. On 20/2/2020 police apprehended the applicant from Timarani.
