(2.) This is first bail application filed by the petitioners under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The petitioners are in custody since 12.04.2020, in connection with Crime No. 155/2020 registered at P.S.-Barela, Distt.-Jabalpur (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 186 , 188 , 353 , 332 , 506 , 369 , 270 , 294 , 34 of IPC.
