(3.) Applicant Tasleem Ali was arrested on 12/12/2019 in Crime No.282/2019 registered at Police Station Bina, District Sagar (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B , 498-A , 34 of the IPC and Sections 3 , 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
