JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is fourth bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) Applicant Triveni Prashad Prajapati was arrested on 12/8/2018 in Crime No.381/2016 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Anuppur (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of IPC and Section 6 of M.P. Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2000.

(3.) The earlier three bail applications of the applicant have been dismissed on merit by this Court vide orders dated 4/10/2018, 31/12/2018 and 14/8/2019 passed in M.Cr.C.Nos.34735/2018, 48339/2018 and 25372/2019.
