JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is fifth bail application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The applicant is in jail since 13.6.2017 in connection with Crime No.539/2017 registered at P.S., Banganga Indore, District Indore, for offence punishable under Section 8 / 20 of NDPS Act.

(2.) As per prosecution story, the applicant was found in unauthorized possession of 23.500 Kg. Ganja. Accordingly, the case has been registered.

(3.) The investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed.
