JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Case diary perused.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439, Cr.P.C . for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.18/2020, registered at Police Station-Uday Nagar District-Dewas, for commission of the offences under Section302 of the IPC .

(3.) As per prosecution case, on 19/01/2020, complainant-Antar Singh lodged a report alleging that some unknown person committed murder of his wife- Mamta Bai and her dead body was lying in the forest of Jajamgarh. The applicant has been implicated in the present crime on the basis of statement of one Kediya, recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., who saw the applicant coming from that side of forest, where the deceased-Mamta Bai went for grazing her cattle.
