SALEEM KHA Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is first application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant o f bail. Applicant Saleem Kha was arrested on 02/02/2020 in connection with Crime No.16/2020 registered at Police Station Udaypura, District Raisen for the offence punishable under Sections 115 , 120-B , 506 of the IPC.

(3.) As per prosecution case complainant Rajendra Singh Raghuvanshi lodged a written report at Police Station Udaypura, District Raisen averring that co-accused Rajeev Raghuvanshi prepared a plan for commission of his murder and for that purpose he hired applicant Saleem Kha. On that, Police registered Crime No.16/2020 for the offence punishable under Section 115 , 120-B , 506 of the IPC and arrested the applicant on 02/02/2020.
