(2.) This is the third bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 10/1/2019 by Police Station Gole Ka Mandir, District Gwalior(M.P.) in connection with Crime No.9/2019 registered for offence under Section 363 , 302 , 201 , 34 of IPC.
