JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner before this court has filed this review petition for reviewing the order dated 08-11-2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 14758/2019.

(2.) This court has carefully gone through the order dated 08-11-2019 and there is no error apparent on the face of the record.

(3.) The Apex Court in the case of Haridas Das Vs. Usha Rani Bank (Smt) and Ors., reported in (2006) 4 SCC 78 in paragraph 13 and 20 has held as under :-
