(3.) As per prosecution story, a company under the name and style of 'Handhan Reality Pvt. Ltd.' incorporated under the Companies Act in Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haweli run by its director Jitendra Soni (main accused) induced the complainant Anil Makbana, who is running a barber shop in Indore to invest money for handsome gain in shorter duration. Complainant-Anil Makbana and his brother Dharmendra Makbana purchased two policies whereunder Rs.600/- per month was to be deposited for three years and return promise on such deposit was to the tune of Rs.28,800/- each. This policy was purchased on 31/07/2014. However, after expiry of three years, the company was not traced and present applicant Jitendra Soni also dis-appeared. The amount so deposited by the complainant was misappropriated. Accordingly, FIR has been registered on 18/11/2017.
