(2.) The earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dated 18/12/2019 passed in M.Cr.C.No.36520/2019.

(3.) As per prosecution case, applicant Avinash Kumar, while he was posted as Nayak Clerk in Bihar Regiment, Mau sent some confidential information regarding Indian Army to one Pakistani agent fictitious name Prisha Agrawal through Whats€ App, Instagram, audio chat and video chat. It is further alleged that applicant has mobile Nos.9365251084 and 7638090258 and by using those mobile numbers through whats app, Instagram, video and audio chat applicant sent confidential information of Indian Army to Prisha Agrawal on her mobile No.971525857803 and got money in lieu of that.
