(3.) The petitioner has been arrested on 9/9/2019 in connection with Crime No. 283/2019 registered by Police Station Chanderi, District Ashoknagar (M.P.) in relation to the offences punishable u/S.302 IPC and Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act.
