JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter is heard through Video Conferencing. I.A.No.13552/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the second bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 26/05/2020 by Police Station Dehat, Distt. Bhind (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.278/2020 registered for offence under Sections 379 and 188 of IPC.
