JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter is heard through Video Conferencing. I.A. No.15408/2020, an application for urgent hearing and I.A. No.15407/2020, an application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order, are taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 19/8/2020 in connection with Crime No.81/2020 registered at Police Station Jamner, District Guna for offence under Sections 307, 451, 323, 294, 325, 326, 506 and 34 of IPC.
