JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer is allowed.

(2.) Criminal Appeal No.2278/2020 stands withdrawn as regards appellant Deepak Tembhare.

(3.) This is appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , 1989 has been filed for grant of bail to the appellant Anmol (Criminal Appeal No.2278/2020) and appellants Deepak, Sagar, Ilu alias Umesh, Parvesh Khan, Sayyed Ameer and Adil alias Sadamuddin (Criminal Appeal No.3184/2020, in connection with Crime No.36/2020 for offences under sections 294 , 323 , 506 , 307 , 147 , 148 , 149 of the IPC and Section 3(1) (Da) and (Gha), 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, registered at Police Station Bharveli District Balaghat.
