(3.) This is first application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail. Applicant Paramlal apprehends his arrest in connection with in Crime No.400/2016 registered at Police Station Prithvipur, District Tikamgarh (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302, 147, 149 and 148 of IPC.
