YOGESH BARAIYA Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant has been arrested on 08.02.2020 by Police Station Guna Kotwali Distt. Guna (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.30/2020 registered for offence under Section 406 , 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 of IPC.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant- Yogesh Baraiya @ Monu that the applicant is in custody since 08.02.2020 and has filed I.A. No.3071/2020 for grant of interim bail as his sister's marriage is going to be solemnized in near future. Hence, prays for grant of interim bail. He further undertakes to abide by all the terms and conditions of guidance, circulars and directions issued by Central Government, State Government as well as Local Administration regarding measures in respect of COVID-19 Pandemic and maintain hygiene in the vicinity while keeping physical distancing.

(3.) Learned State counsel opposed the prayer and prayed to reject the interim bail application of the applicant.
