(1.) Learned counsel for the rival parties are heard.

(2.) This is first bail application u/S.439 CrPC filed by the petitioners for grant of bail.

(3.) Petitioners have been arrested on 03.02.2020 and 17.02.2020 by Police Station Gulabganj, District Vidisha (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.24/2020 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/S. 307, 498-A, 34 of IPC and Setion 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act .
