JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A.No.6998/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 23/5/2020 by Police Station Aron, Distt. Guna(M.P.) in connection with Crime No.308/2020 registered for offence under Sections 363 & 366 of IPC.
