JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard, Case-diary perused.

(2.) This repeat (second) application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant- Tufansingh who is implicated in connection with Crime No.261/2019, registered at Police Station-Bhatpachlana, District-Ujjain, concerning offence under Sections 366 , 376(2) (n), 342, 120-B/34 of IPC , 1860. Earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11/12/2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.48847/2019.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on 18/08/2019 complainant filed a missing person report that on 17/08/2019 at about 2.30 pm, his daughter had gone to tailor's shop and did not return back. On the basis of which FIR was registered.
