JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first application under section 439 of the CR.P.C in crime no.333/2019 under section 302 , 506 , 427 , 120-B , 201 / 34 of the IPC registered at police station Bhikangaon District Khargone.

(2.) Undisputedly, the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of co-accused Akhilesh, Rahul and Jitendra, who have been granted bail by this Court. Order of Akhilesh dated 14.02.2020 passed in M.Cr.C No.6451/2020 reads as under :-

(3.) Considering the undisputed fact that the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of co-accused Akhilesh, the present petition stands allowed on the same terms and conditions.
