JUDGEMENT

(2.) This is the second bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicant for grant of bail. Earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10/2/2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4747/2020.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 20/1/2020 by Police Station Maharajpura District Gwalior(M.P.) in connection with Crime No.603/2020 registered for offence under Section 307 of IPC and Section 25 , 27 of Arms Act.
