JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is first application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail. Aapplicants Rohit Pandey and Krishnamani Pandey apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.215/2019, registered at Police Station Sirmour, District Rewa for the offence punishable under Sections 452 , 294 , 323 , 324 , 506 B and 34 of the IPC .

As per the prosecution story on 16/11/2019 at 02:00 P.M. co-accused Upendramani Pandey and applicants Krashnamani Pandy & Rohit Pandey entered into the house of complainant Sibbu @ Vivekanand Pandey situated at village Maudol, Distt. Rewa armed with stick and abused him. When complainant objected, applicants & co-accused assaulted him by stick, due to which he sustained injuries. Thereafter, his father Mahendra Pandey, mother Sudha Pandey and Amit Pandey rescued him.
