JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard, Case-diary perused.

(2.) This application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant-Vipin @ Chotu, who is implicated in connection with Crime No.273/2019, registered at Police Station-Ringnod, District-Ratlam, concerning offence under Sections 363 , 376(2)(n) of IPC, 1860 and Section 5(l) / 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

(3.) As per prosecution case, on 27/09/2019 complainant lodged a missing person report that his daughter is found missing from 17/09/2019. On the basis of which FIR was registered for the aforesaid offences.
