(2.) This is first application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

The applicant is in custody since 18/12/2019 in connection with Crime No.46/2019 registered at Police Station, Economic Offence Wing, Bhopal for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 120-B of IPC and also under Section 7(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amended).
