JUDGEMENT

(1.) None appears for the respondents No. 2 and 3 even in second round.

(2.) Petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Engineer, Water Resources Department on 12.02.1982. Thereafter, he the was given seniority of Assistant Engineer w.e.f. 14.05.1987. Petitioner was sent on deputation to Narmada Hydro Electric Development Corporation Ltd (NHDC), Khandwa on 18.01.2001, where he joined on 27.04.2001. Petitioner was getting pay scale of Rs.8000-275-13500 in Water Resources Department till 13.05.1999. Vide order dated 04.10.2002, the pay scale of the petitioner was upgraded to Rs. 10000-325-15200 from 14.05.1999.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that he was given pay scale of Rs. 14500-18700 in NHDC from 27.04.2001 and not the pay scale of Rs. 17500- 400-22300.
