JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 10231/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 25/6/2020 in connection with Crime No.269/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali Bhind, District Bhind for offence under Section 392 of the IPC and Section 11/13 of MPDVPK Act.
